Please Bring Chips is a Washington, D.C.-based catering and events services company specializing in bespoke food and beverage service.
Please Bring Chips was born from events (so we really, really understand the value an event can bring). Our founders spent years putting on DIY events, specifically, art pop ups, with frequent collaborators No Kings Collective. Over time, the cocktails, the experiences, and the unique combinations became our signatures.
We believe collaboration is key to a successful event and have built our team and partnerships with people who share our values. Whether a custom, boutique event or 1,000+person festival, we love creating transformative, streamlined experiences for our clients.
Please Bring Chips’ greatest asset is our people. A collective that includes service professionals, artists, Master’s Degree holders and students, each team member brings a diversity of experience to every service solution and interaction that Please Bring Chips creates.
Chad Drummond is co-founder and managing partner of Please Bring Chips. Since his first foray into bartending at a pop-up event, he has spent over 10 years honing his skills at numerous D.C. establishments. He holds a love for both mezcal and local wine, and is always prepared to deploy a dad joke at a moment’s notice.
In 2015, Chad teamed up with long-time friends and collaborators Peter Chang and Brandon Hill of No Kings Collective, a D.C.-based creative agency known for large-scale murals, public art installations and events. Together, they round out the leadership team with their design savvy, artistic vision, and deep roots in DC’s arts and culture scene.
